Like every edit, take the Biennial International of specific Fiber Art didactic projects, that this year they see involved a few elementary schools in Chieri and Moncalieri.
Two artist weaver tutors, Giustino Caposciutti and Luisella Rolle, already present with their work in the precedents biennial of Chieri and inside of the Civic Art Collection textile worker, drive the boys ,in cooperation with the respective teacher, to the textile experimentation off loom which will result in collective jobs of different expression and language.
“Fili di parole…per un libro tessile” it's the project proposed by Luisella Rolle, whose aim is the conjugation of the communicative mode, the words, with the manipulative experience. The result is a handmade textile worker: a book - not book, with pages not made of paper but of fabric.
The classes to, 4 ^A , 4^C and 5^C of the elementary schools' ^ “Nostra Signora della Scala” of Chieri and 5^F of Baldissero Torinese, belonging to the 2nd and 3rd circle, see the reading laboratory's pupils, duct from the teacher Ivana Berra, produce mental images then reworked and interpreted in the manipulation textile worker.
Six classes of the fifth year of the 1st Didactic Circle of Moncalieri, in cooperation with the Territorial Tablò Art Laboratory, directed and coordinated by the teacher Rosanna De Angelis, instead they find out the universe textile worker through two ways: the first, always led from Luisella Rolle, concerning the “Libro d’artista", whose theme is the multiculturale reality "; the second, to care of Giustino Caposciutti, he develops the theme of the weaving.
Other two ways collaborate the didactic ones, and they're realized by the chierese Bruno Ciasca with a group of registered members of the University of The Third Age, and “Filo Arx” signed and planned from Giustino Caposciutti,in cooperation with the "Punto Rete Area Tabasso del Consorzio Servizi Socioassistenziali del Chierese.
The purpose of the initiative is in creating a link among the citizenship of Chieri and the Biennial event.
On “Filo Arx” every person who accepts to participate is asked to paint a thread, which its identity keeps thanks to a ticket signed from time to time by the different author, and that's subsequently woven together with all the others in order to form a collective work.
For the exposure of the jobs are foreseen places of parallel simultaneously at 4^ Biennial, while some representative models of each project will be give the Civic Collection of Fiber Art.
